An amenity guests photograph: the hotel monogram bar

Turndown chocolate is invisible on social. A robe with the guest's initials is not. Properties use our bars two ways — as a bookable group amenity and as a recurring residency that gives the lobby a heartbeat.

Programs that fit a property

Group and wedding-block amenities. Sales teams add the bar to group contracts: welcome totes monogrammed at check-in for conference blocks, robes for bridal parties booked through the spa. It's a line item your competitors' proposals don't have, and our crew slots into your banquet-event-order workflow like any other vendor.

Poolside and seasonal residencies. A Saturday cap-and-tote bar by the pool, monthly through summer. Guests pay for the blank or the property hosts it; either way the cabana row gets a show. Flexfit and Richardson caps handle sun and sunscreen better than structured wool — we spec goods for the environment.

Spa and boutique tie-ins. Stitched initials on waffle robes, added at time of purchase in the boutique. We run scheduled monogram days so inventory personalization batches efficiently — eight to twelve robes per machine-hour, finished between guest fittings.

Operations, answered up front

One standard 20-amp circuit per machine, footprint from 8×10 feet, and load-in through your dock 60–90 minutes ahead. We're insured, COI-ready, and comfortable with union venue rules from convention-district work in Las Vegas and San Diego. Local Southern California properties pay no travel fee; beyond OC, LA, and SD a flat $900 applies. Recurring residencies are quoted per date at the standard staffing rate, with goods billed at approved landed cost.
