Nationwide programs happen regularly — the equipment cases fly, and blanks ship ahead to the venue. What changes is lead time: give us three to four weeks for out-of-region dates so freight, hotel, and dock scheduling stay boring. The flat $900 travel fee covers the region beyond Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego; true fly-out programs are quoted with the itemized logistics visible, never buried.
